I haven’t always been a huge fan of avocados, but with this pudding, you won’t even know that they’re in there! It’s jam-packed with loads of nutrients and healthy, mono-saturated fats– but all you’ll taste is rich, chocolatey goodness.
Detox Chocolate Pudding
serves 44 avocados
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup pure maple syrup (Grade B)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. sea saltPlace all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
Feel free to adjust this recipe to fit your tastes! I prefer sweetening with pure maple syrup, for its depth of flavor, but agave nectar and stevia are great, all-natural sweeteners, too. Enjoy!
