		<description>Hi! I saw your comment over at IHearWellness and thought I would check out your blog (which is great by the way!). You mentioned that your considering trying out the raw diet again? I&#039;ve played around with it a couple times and really liked how it made me feel. I was thinking that if I try it again, having someone else who is really into it would be a huge help. So you know, if/when you feel like giving it a try, I may go ahead and join you for a bit. :)

Quinoa for breakfast? That actually seems like a great idea and it has more protein than oats too so I can see it being more filling. Hmm..

Good job on kicking the coffee addiction! I keep myself from drinking it because I know how addicting it can be. Right now I&#039;m trying to get my mom to kick the habit and focus more on tea instead.</description>
