		<description>I&#039;m definitely adding that book to my reading list! And I love that chart. Figs are highly alkaline? Awesome, I LOVE dried figs. They&#039;re probably my favorite dried fruit. &lt;3

I had no idea peanuts and walnuts were so acidic! That&#039;s really interesting. 

So so so so jealous of the Vita-mix! Lucky girl! I can&#039;t wait to see what you use it for. :D</description>
