WORST movie Wednesday

Happy almost-Friday! :D

This week has flown by for me– probably since it’s the last week my hubby’s in town. :(   At least I get him for Valentine’s Day, right? And I know it could be way worse! I’m counting my lucky stars that he is not being deployed, and that his trip is relatively short in comparison. Growing up as an “Air Force brat,” I’ve experienced much worse!

Speaking of WORSE… we watched the WORST movie I’ve ever seen in my life last night.

My husband picked this gem for our Bad Movie Monday “make-up” session last night. This movie was like a sad wannabe of The Hangover. Terribly written. Terribly acted. Overall, it was a decent story idea, but terribly executed. I don’t even want to waste another minute of my life talking about it!

We stayed up late again, to watch Modern Family and American Idol. I love, love, love Modern Family!!! It’s far and away the best comedy on television! I think the characters are so relatable, in their exaggerated ways.  I pretty much started dozing off once Idol started, but, honestly, I don’t really get into it until they are down to a smaller number of contestants… and even then, sometimes I don’t get into it. But when I’m bored, I’ll watch it. :)

This morning was another early one, so I started my morning off with some tea from my best friend, Sara! She got me this sweet Tazo variety pack:

Today, I had Earl Grey:

Drinking Earl Grey reminds me of my mom. It’s her favorite. :)

I also had a repeat of yesterday’s breakfast:

I’m telling you guys, quinoa ROCKS for breakfast! More gentle on the tummy, more protein than normal oatmeal, yet just as warm and satisfying! We have a winner. :D

Alright, I’m off to do some more greeting cards– making the world a happier place, one card at a time. ;)

I’m gonna have to try quinoa for breaky! Looks delicious! I’m so paranoid these days about what I’m eating because I’m convinced that something is holding back the weightloss… sigh.

Your party sounds AMAZING. I was actually checkin’ out pics of that party on OMG! (yes, I have to have my daily omg fix, shh). So jelly :)

    I love Earl Grey too.

Definitely going to pick up some quinoa. I’ve been very eager to try, and if this is even better than oatmeal I HAVE to try it!
