		<description>Thanks for pointing that out, Hannah! I&#039;ve edited that post with the corrected information-- that millet is the only grain that remains alkaline after being cooked!

I think quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth are still great choices, too! :)</description>

I love millet as a dinner food and it replaces rice very nicely.  I have yet to have it for breakfast.  Did you top it with fruits?
