		<description>yay goat&#039;s milk yogurt for the win! i sometimes have a hard time digesting cow&#039;s milk yogurt (i get tummyaches afterwards) but goat&#039;s milk yogurt (&amp;cheese) has been really great! and what a great way to get calcium. 

i really wanna see that banksy documentary! ive seen a couple of his &quot;graffiti&quot; pieces in person and they are always really clever and catchy!</description>

I just pack the blender full of spinach or other greens, add a scoop of protein powder, 2-3 T. cocoa and stevia and 1 drop of mint oil.(and 2 cups cold water I guess)yum yum yum!  ...but my friends think I&#039;m crazy.</description>
