		<description>The only thing that keeps me motivated is spicing up my routine with outdoor training. Even in the winter I just bundle up and go! My body and mind feel so much better when I exercise outside and being around nature feels so restorative:)</description>

		<description>I know the Insanity did get routine-like feeling, but then again we got used to because then we could really focus on what we were doing and get better at it. I think your new workout plan sounds great!! you have to do what is best for you.</description>

		<description>I started feeling the exact same way about Insanity. After 3 weeks I was over it. I too missed strengh training. So, now I tweaked the program. I lift 3 days a week and do 3 days a week of Insanity DVDs.</description>
