		<description>You really crave the stuff your allergic to? That seems very backwards for me. I know that grapes, cow&#039;s milk yogurt, and canned foods are SO HARD for my body to process and I get very sick from them. Maybe I now correspond eating those foods with getting sick cause they repulse me now.</description>

		<description>I use deep breathing alot when I am feeling anxious. I inhale deep for 4, hold for 5, release for 7. It really calms me down.

I LOVE WORKOUT!!! I have Jackie&#039;s other dvd (check out my dvd reviews on my blog if you like!) and the Workout show was canceled after she made those rude remarks about some woman&#039;s breasts (if you watched the show you&#039;ll know what I&#039;m talking about) -- but she is supposed to have a new show on Bravo called Thintervention but I have no idea when that is going on the air.</description>

		<description>I wish I could call it my own! It&#039;s a recipe from REVIVE! Here&#039;s the recipe (makes 1 serving)! His recipes call for avocado as the healthy fat source. 

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- cup coconut water 
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving greens powder (I didn&#039;t have this, so I subbed 1 loose cup of baby spinach)
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter 
- 4 ice cubes (I left these out; didn&#039;t need them!)

Today was a &quot;everything in the blender day&quot; (I&#039;m leaving for the weekend!) - and it came out equally yummy! 1 cup of frozen strawberries + bananas, mixed; 1/2 avocado; 1/2 cup coconut water; 1/2 cup almond milk; a handful of baby spinach + 1 scoop protein powder. 

Can you really go wrong with smoothies??</description>
